Terms of Service

Postwave (“we”, “us”) is a service of Epulse (epulse.ng). It lets you publish one video or photo to several social media accounts and see how it performs. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Your account

You must give accurate details and keep your Postwave password safe. You are responsible for everything posted through your account. You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian’s permission.

Connected social accounts

You connect each social account by signing in to it yourself. You confirm you own, or are allowed to manage, every account you connect, and you authorise Postwave to sign in with that saved session to publish what you schedule, read the public numbers on those posts and profiles, and check the connection is still working. You must follow each platform’s own rules (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, LinkedIn). Platforms can change how they work, limit automated activity or restrict accounts at any time; we cannot guarantee a platform will accept every post and are not responsible for actions a platform takes on your account.

Your content

You keep all rights to what you upload. You give us permission to store it and send it to the platforms you choose, only to provide the service. Don’t upload anything illegal, hateful, infringing, sexually explicit involving minors, or that you don’t have the rights to. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Plans and payment

After the free trial, Postwave is a prepaid subscription billed monthly or yearly in naira through our payment partner, Flutterwave. If you pay by card and keep auto-renew on, your plan renews automatically at the end of each period for the price shown; you can turn auto-renew off at any time in Plan & billing. Otherwise we remind you by email and notification before your period ends. Upgrading mid-period costs only the difference for the days left; moving to a smaller plan takes effect at your next renewal; switching between monthly and yearly adds the unused value of your current plan as extra days. Because each period is prepaid and can be used immediately, payments are not refundable except where the law requires it or a post could not be published because of a fault on our side. Contact support and we will review it. If your plan ends, scheduled posts are paused until you renew; your data is kept.

Fair use

“Unlimited” plans are for normal use by one business. Automated bulk posting, spam or reselling the service needs our written permission.

Availability

We work hard to keep Postwave running and to publish on time, but the service is provided “as is” and posts may sometimes be delayed or fail. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before it.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
