These terms govern your use of Epulse Events ("Epulse", "we", "us"), an event ticketing and management platform operated in Nigeria. By creating an account, publishing an event, or buying a ticket you agree to these terms.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your account. Tickets bought as a guest are tied to the email you supply; creating an account with that email later claims those tickets permanently.
If an event is cancelled, every paid order is refunded in full to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. Epulse's platform fee on a refunded order is returned to the buyer as part of the refund.
For individual orders, organisers can issue a refund themselves up to 7 days after the event ends. After that window, the organiser can submit a refund request for Epulse to review and process. Refunds void the associated tickets and reverse the organiser's earnings for that order.
Payments are processed by Flutterwave. Epulse does not store card details. You agree to Flutterwave's terms when paying. Reserved tickets that are not paid for within 30 minutes are released back to the available pool.
You may not use Epulse to sell tickets to illegal events, to defraud buyers, or to upload unlawful content. We may suspend accounts and withhold settlements where fraud or abuse is suspected.
Epulse is a platform connecting organisers and attendees. The organiser — not Epulse — is responsible for delivering the event. To the extent permitted by Nigerian law, Epulse's liability for any claim is limited to the fees it earned on the relevant transaction.
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
