Welcome to the Epulse Help Center. Here you'll find answers to common questions about using our platform, for both clients and vendors.
For Clients:
- How do I post an event? - Simply sign up, go to your dashboard, and click "Post a New Event." Fill in the details, and our system will match you with suitable vendors.
- Is it free to post an event? - Yes, posting an event and receiving proposals from vendors is completely free for clients.
- How do I pay a vendor? - All payments are handled securely through our platform. You can fund milestones, and payments are only released to the vendor upon your approval of their work.
For Vendors:
- How do I join as a vendor? - Click the "Become a Vendor" button, fill out the registration form, and submit your portfolio for review. Our team will get back to you after the verification process.
- How do I get paid? - Once a client funds a milestone, you can begin work. After you complete the milestone and the client approves it, the funds will be transferred to your Epulse wallet, ready for withdrawal.

Our milestone payment system protects both clients and vendors. Clients' funds are held securely in an escrow account and are only released when they are 100% satisfied with the work delivered. This eliminates the risk of fraud for both parties.

In the rare event of a disagreement, our dedicated dispute resolution team is here to mediate and find a fair solution. We are committed to ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly and professionally.

Termination:
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
