The things people ask first
Do I need an account to buy a ticket?
No. You can check out as a guest with just your name, email and phone. Your ticket and QR code are emailed to you, and saved on your device. If you create an account later with the same email, those tickets move into it automatically.
How much does Epulse charge?
For paid events, a 3% platform fee per order — well below Eventbrite (8–10%) and Tix (6–7%). For all events, the organiser pays a one-off publishing fee based on expected attendance.
When do organisers get paid?
Ticket revenue is credited to your organiser wallet as sales come in. Request a payout any time and funds are sent to your verified Nigerian bank account — typically within 24 hours.
What payment methods can attendees use?
Card, bank transfer and USSD — all in naira, processed securely through Flutterwave. We never store card details.
What happens if an event is cancelled?
Every paid order is refunded automatically to the original payment method, and ticket holders are notified by email. No awkward WhatsApp negotiations.
How does check-in work on the day?
Each ticket has a unique QR code. Your team scans attendees in from the check-in page — fast, accurate, and resistant to patchy network. Every scan is logged so you always know your real headcount.
