EPULSE
ECOSYSTEM

Commerce·Health· Logistics to community

An integrated lifestyle ecosystem, not a folder of unrelated apps. Events, healthcare, marketplace, food delivery, logistics, pharmacy, education, community and payments, eleven platforms sharing one account, one wallet and one delivery network. Order food, book a tutor, refill a prescription and buy a ticket, and it all settles against one balance.

01 / about epulse

About

Epulse is an integrated lifestyle ecosystem: eleven platforms sharing one account, one payment layer and one delivery network instead of pretending to be eleven separate companies.

The starting point was simple. Everyday services sat in separate silos: a different account, a different wallet and a different courier for every errand. Ordering food meant one app, booking a doctor meant another, and none of them knew the other existed.

Epulse exists to close that gap. One identity across everything, one balance that every platform settles against, and one delivery network that moves food, medicine, parcels and documents alike. Slow to build, easy to use once it exists.

Today that means Events, Health, Mart, Eats, Logistics, Pharm, School, Services, Archive, Tutors and ReelMemes, eleven platforms on shared foundations, with Epulse Pay running the money layer underneath all of them.

Commerce Health & Care Logistics & Delivery Education Community Payments & Wallet
  1. The starting point

Everyday services sat in separate silos. Same customer, a different account and a different courier for every errand.

  2. The approach

One identity across everything. One account, one layer. Slow to build, easy to use once it exists.

  3. Eleven platforms

Events, Health, Mart, Eats, Logistics, Pharm, School, Services, Archive, Tutors and ReelMemes. Eleven doors, one key.

  4. Shared foundations

The same login, the same balance and the same delivery network sit behind every platform, so nothing has to be rebuilt twice.

  5. The money layer

Epulse Pay ties it together: a refund from Eats, a payout to a tutor and a ticket sale all reconcile against one wallet.

  6. Currently

Widening delivery coverage, deepening each vertical, and onboarding new vendors and partners.

03 / what's inside

What's inside Epulse

Eight capabilities that run underneath the eleven platforms. Every one of them is live in production today.

01

Events & ticketing

Seating, gate check-in, digital spray and instant payouts, all on one system built for the occasion, not the generic case.

02

Marketplace & food

Buy, sell, order and deliver. Vendor onboarding shaped around how sellers and shoppers actually behave.

03

Logistics network

Verified agents, live tracking and photo evidence at every handoff, for parcels, food and medicine alike.

04

Health & pharmacy

Video consults, digital prescriptions and a pharmacy wired straight into the fulfilment chain.

05

Education

School discovery, AI-generated assessments and private tutoring, paid through the same shared wallet.

06

Community & creators

A showcase and economy for young builders, plus an entertainment layer that keeps people coming back.

07

Payments & wallet

Checkout, escrow, payouts and reconciliation running underneath every platform, including the maths nobody enjoys writing.

08

Trust & verification

Badge IDs, ratings and vendor verification, because a listing only means something once it can be trusted.

04 / how epulse is built

Working principles

  1. 001

    Integration is the product

Any single platform in isolation is a commodity somebody clones in a month. The connective tissue between them is what can't be copied quickly.

  2. 002

Build for the weakest device on the network

Patchy signal, older hardware, expensive data. A platform that holds up there will hold up anywhere, and it costs less to design that way from the start.

  3. 003

Money code has no forgiving path

Refunds, partial payouts and reversals get modelled before they happen in production, not after the first complaint arrives.

  4. 004

    Trust before scale

Vendor and agent verification comes before growth. A marketplace or delivery network only means something once a listing or a badge ID can be trusted.

  5. 005

    Some categories deserve friction

Medicine, healthcare and public voting are not the place to optimise for speed. Sourcing and verification come first.

  6. 006

Speed is part of the design

People rarely mention load times, but they feel them. Performance is treated as a feature with a budget, not as cleanup at the end.

  7. 007

    Measure what people actually do

Sign-ups, completed orders, repeat visits. Those numbers decide what gets built next across the ecosystem and what quietly gets removed.

  8. 008

    One ecosystem, always widening

New categories, new delivery corridors and new partners get added to the same account and the same wallet, rather than becoming a twelfth silo.

05 / the platforms

Eleven doors, one key

Twelve surfaces including the money layer underneath. Every link below is live unless it says otherwise, and every one of them settles against the same wallet.

06 / how the ecosystem grew

How it went

Three years, roughly in order. Each platform fed the next one. Drag sideways.

2023

Epulse goes live

The first version of Epulse launched: a multi-service platform built to put everyday errands online, held together by one login and one balance from day one.

Takeaway: months, not years, from first line to first live platform. Everything since grew out of it.

2024

The ecosystem expands

EpulseMart, EpulsePharm and Epulse Eats launched in a single year. Payment integrations, multi-vendor systems, and the first 1,000 real users.

Takeaway: building for launch and building for scale are different jobs, and they need planning for separately.

2024

Into the regulated verticals

Telemedicine with video calls and digital prescriptions. Logistics with live tracking and photo evidence. SchoolLink with certificate generation. Health, Logistics and Education, live.

Turning point: regulated, high-stakes verticals shift the job from writing code to designing a product.

2025

The community layer

Epulse Archive and ReelMemes brought a creator economy and an entertainment layer into the ecosystem, alongside Epulse Services for the 40+ category vendor network.

Takeaway: entertainment and community are the retention layer. People come back for the memes and stay logged in for the pharmacy.

2025

Eleven platforms live

Events, Health, Mart, Eats, Logistics, Pharm, School, Services, Archive, Tutors and ReelMemes, an ecosystem being used by real people daily, not a folder of demos.

Takeaway: the connections between platforms turned out to be worth more than any single platform.

2026

The money layer ties it together

Epulse Pay went live to run the shared ledger underneath all eleven platforms, and the wedding vertical and mobile shell moved into active build.

Current: depth over launch count. Keeping eleven platforms running properly matters more than starting the next ten.

07 / pipeline

How a platform gets built

Ten stages. Rarely a straight line in practice, since testing tends to send you back to design, but this is the order things are meant to happen in.

01

Brief

What the platform is for, who uses it, and what counts as working. Agreed in writing before anything is built.

02

Research

Who already serves this market, what they charge, and where their users are still frustrated.

03

Planning

Data model first. If the structure underneath is wrong, no amount of interface work will rescue it.

04

Design

Screens and states together: empty, loading, error and offline all get designed, not just the happy path.

05

Prototype

Clickable and running on real data early, so decisions are made against something you can actually use.

06

Development

Backend, then interface, then the payment path, in that order, with progress visible as it lands.

07

Testing

Older phones, throttled connections, weak signal. Real conditions rather than a fast desktop.

08

Launch

Public URL, payments switched on, monitoring in place from the first day.

09

Improve

Watch where people stall and fix that first. Feature requests get weighed against what the data shows.

10

Scale

Once people are returning. Growing traffic on a platform that leaks users only leaks them faster.

08 / the ecosystem

Eleven doors, one key

What separates Epulse from a folder of unrelated apps. Every platform in orbit shares the same login, the same balance and the same delivery network as the one beside it. Order food, book a tutor, refill a prescription and buy a ticket, and it all settles against one wallet. Hover to pause the rotation.

09 / highlights

Worth pointing out

11

An ecosystem, not an app

Eleven platforms across ten industries, sharing a single account, a single wallet and a single delivery network.

🎟

A full event operating system

Epulse Events handles ticketing, floor-plan seating, live QR check-in, digital spray and instant bank payouts. Concerts, weddings, conferences and festivals, one system.

Payments that clear

Wallets, escrow, digital spraying, ticket sales and payouts, running in production daily. The least glamorous part of commerce, and the part that has to be right.

🩺

A real healthcare stack

Video consultations, digital prescriptions and a pharmacy wired directly to fulfilment. Healthcare that comes to you, end to end.

🚚

A verified delivery network

Badge-ID agents, live map tracking and photo evidence at every handoff, moving food, medicine and parcels across the same network.

🎓

Community & creator economy

Epulse Archive, ReelMemes and Epulse Tutors give young builders and teachers a place to showcase, teach and earn through the same shared wallet.

10 / currently building

ActiveEpulse Pay

The money layer

One wallet that a refund from Eats, a payout to a tutor, a ticket sale and a Mart order all reconcile against. The plumbing nobody sees and everybody notices when it breaks.

ActiveLogistics

Wider delivery coverage

Extending the verified agent network beyond current corridors, with routing that treats traffic as a permanent condition rather than an incident.

In buildWeddings

The wedding platform

Vendor coordination, guest lists, budgets and payments in one place. An Events spin-out for the biggest spend most families ever plan.

GrowingCommunity

Archive & ReelMemes

Widening the creator economy so a showcase can turn into real earnings, and the entertainment layer keeps people coming back daily.

DeepeningServices

Vendor network growth

More categories, more verified vendors, and a review loop that carries the same weight as checkout.

NextMobile

One app, eleven doors

A single installable shell opening into every Epulse platform, plus native iOS and Android builds for the ones that have earned a store listing.
